Ben from South Port Heating was at our house at 1:30 a.m. in the bitter, bitter cold last night. Communication with Southport as to service coming was great. Ben arrived and even though he had every reason to be cold tired crabby and irritable, he was such a pleasant young man. His service was great! When he left, he left to cheerfully go on to another call. It was very easy to tell he likes what he does and enjoys helping out people in distress. What a fine and competent young man! The company that installed our furnace (and has yet to return our call) has just lost a customer to Southport Heating!!!! Thank you for the service you provide!
