Review content:
I chose this company because they claimed they are agent for Allied Van Lines. Turns out the Nashville office is a joke! \r \r On the moving day, they rolled up 3 hours late and drove a U-Haul truck to pick up. I knew nothing about renting a truck and nobody told me I need to pay for it until I found they overcharged me more than $400 compared to the guaranteed price pledge. After moving, the agent refused to send me the recipient with itemized list of charges. So I had to contact BBB for assistance. Unfortunately, BBB notified me that they have not heard from the moving company and have exhausted their resources trying to pursue my complaint. \r \r In addition to the transportation fee, the packing fee, and the insurance, have you ever heard that a professional moving company need to rent a U-Haul to move and ask a customer to pay for it? I learned a lot from my moving. I hope nobody else will pay as much as I paid.
