Review content:
I appreciated that I could get our daughter's car in for same day service. The wait was only 15 minutes longer than they had quoted me on the phone, which was fine. The waiting area is spacious and has popcorn, hot beverages and vending machines. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because when we take our Jeeps into Stead for service, our cars are brought up to us when they are finished, paper floor mats are put down and windshield is cleaned. I have no complaints about Future Ford, just can't give them five stars because they do not go the extra mile that our other dealership does.
