I wanted to buy a new garage door opener and I was thinking of getting a belt drive motor for more silent operation. Apart from being extremely helpful the technicians of this garage door contractor advised me to get a chain drive opener since my bedroom was at the other side of the house and the opener would come cheaper. Great, honest pros!
