Finding myself at home recovering from a medical event in Feb, I decided to get things done around the house. One on the list was an HVAC service, since I knew we had missed the annual servicing in ’12. I could not find the file for our regular HVAC people. After checking on the internet, I decided upon Climate Control Heating and Cooling, in Liberty, Mo. I set the service appointment and the technician came out and did a regular tune-up on the system. Upon leaving, Travis advised me that because he had cleaned the blower and that it had been very dirty, it would be making an extra loud sound because the blower would be pulling harder now that it no longer had dirt. However, he said, after a few days it will settle down. I’m not knowledgeable about motors and such so I thought nothing of it. Boy WAS it LOUD. It sounded like a jet engine. After a week of this and other problems, I called Gene at Climate Control and told him that the sound of the blower was still very loud,
