Review content:
I got an alarm system installed by Waxwerks. That turned out great, and everything works fine. I then bought a radio and everything I needed for it on my own, but didn't know how to put it in, so I had them do that. The radio works, but something happened not too long after the installation. My battery ended up dying, and I thought maybe the radio had something to do with it (because the battery was new). I ended up getting a new alternator, which seems to have fixed the problem. I'm hoping that's what the issue really was. When I called Waxwerks about the problem initially and explained to them what happened, the guy was a little rude to me. As soon as I suggested it might have been something on their end, he got rude and started kind of ranting about how many installations they do every day. He didn't want to take the criticism. As far as the system and the installation, though, Waxwerks was awesome. I was a little bit hesitant about getting things done to my car for the first time, so it was nice.
