Review content:
I used CTI to replace the countertops in my kitchen last week. From the very beginning everyone I spoke to at CTI was very friendly and willing to take the time to explain anything I had questions on. When they came to measure my existing countertops I didn't have my new sink or some of the trim pieces that I was adding to the island, but they were happy to work through my ideas and give suggestions. After the official measure was done we changed our mind on the size of the island and were allowed to make a change to the design without any trouble. CTI scheduled an appointment for us to view and chose the granite slabs that we liked ahead of the fabrication and installation to ensure we got what we were hoping for. The installers were very conscientious about keeping the house clean and were very friendly even as I hovered over their shoulder to watch the install - which is beautiful!\r

I couldn't be more pleased with the new kitchen and with the service and support from CTI - I'd recommend them to anyone.
