I didn't have a good experience at all here. Felt like they took my money for nothing - paid set amount (no insurance) I filled out new patient forms and they took x-rays and that was it. I never was told anything about my xrays - nothing not even a follow-up letter! It is very hard for to get a babysitter and then drive 45 minutes one way (live in Russell Springs) for nothing, no consult, no adjustment, nothing. They continued to call me months later after no responses from me and when I finally asked them to stop calling me, the chiropractor herself called me back to engage in an arguementative conversation.
