I had a really great experience with Fireside Designs both in store and in my home installation. They have got a great selection, and the sales representatives have a lot of great advice to share. They were able to talk to me and steer me in the right direction. I didn't feel like there was much waiting around involved. They also weren't pushy.
They accommodated my schedule when setting up the installation appointment. The installation itself was quick, so that was good too. My order was meant to come with pellets, but they were out of stock, so they ended up crediting me for the amount of the pellets. I was able to get an alternative product in the end.
When I called them after the installation with questions about the product, the person who answered was very knowledgeable and was able to answer everything for me on the spot.
I would suggest to anyone to check out Fireside Designs. Talk to the guys there, and if you're interested, they could probably help you out without being pushy at all.
