We purchased our Vista Flame 170 to heat our 2600 sq ft house and we wanted to put it in our basement, We were advised that an installation on our 1st floor would better meet our needs. That may have been accurate but the stove actually more that exceeded our expectations from the basement. The salesman and the installers were very professional and honest. We needed service at the end of the first burning season (last year) which turned out to be due to inferior pellets and were extremely pleased. I have recommended many friends to Fireside Designs and will continue to because of the outstanding service we have experienced.
