What luigiS said below holds true in my case. I don't think they actually read the summons or the answer. I lost my case on a judgement that wasn't even the issue. I tried in vain to find a way to ""fix"" the mistake made by Commissioner Dodson but everyone I asked to help were totally clueless on what to do. I'd like to know how a man, educated in law, could make such a monumental error? And would they even admit to the possibility that they could have made a mistake? The court transcripts, if available, would definitely clear my case! I am still in shock over the judgement! Hey Commissioner, do you know what you have done? You have rendered a single mother AND her 14 year old daughter HOMELESS!! Literally thrown them out into the streets! AND you have left and elderly, disabled woman to fend for herself because her caretaker is no longer there!! All because you didn't take the time to actually read the documents to find out what it was based on. It's right there in black and white. You blew it big time!!!
