I took my Volt into the service dept. without a reservation because I was not getting cabin heat and needed to use the car in a few hours. They were very busy with other customers, but squeezed me in and checked out my HVAC system, updated the firmware, and had me out of there with a working HVAC system within an hour. That's what I call excellent service.
