Review content:
As part of my lease when moving out of my apartment in November, I had to have the carpets professionally cleaned. As I had not used a carpet cleaning company before, I had no idea where to go. A Google search led me to the Yelp reviews for F&F and I was impressed by what I read. I firmly believe in customer feedback (which is why I am now supplying some), and I went ahead and called them. I spoke with Fred who was very professional and walked me through everything I needed to know ahead of time. His estimate over the phone (without measuring) was within $5 of the actual total once he did measure everything. He was on time and had no trouble dealing with my third floor unit, and when finished, the carpet looked newer than when I moved in. I would definitely use F&F again and highly recommend them to anyone.
