I have found every interaction with Grossman Plastic Surgery to be superb. The staff is professional and thorough, and Dr Grossman's patient and thorough consultation is appreciated more than I can say! I am slightly concerned about the rotation-in-office at the moment with the PA going on maternity leave, the Fellow assisting in OR, and the RN doing the PA's usual things. I will need to ask a few questions about how this might affect me and my surgery and after-care to make sure I'm comfortable about it. I think the Grossman office is outstanding in every way even with my discomfort about this staff transition period.
