I had a fantastic experience with Hans Auto Imports. They were extremely knowledgeable about my BMW and immediately gave me confidence to trust them with my car. Not only that, but I felt comfortable spending the money with these experts knowing my car would be well taken care of. They thoroughly explained every detail of the repair and even took pictures during the repair to document each step. They also called me during the repair and texted me pictures to ask me what I wanted them to repair. They were extremely respectful and courteous, and it is clear they pride themselves on treating customers openly and honestly - something I am sure many other people have noticed about these professionals. It is rare to find a mechanic honest enough to tell you exactly what your car needs and then actually document their entire work flow to show you during and after the job to prove their honesty and professionalism. Highly recommended.
