I would like to speak on behalf of the Aesthetic Laser Treatment Center. We have never had a patient registered by the name of Joe C. Apparently this review is from someone who does not know how chemical peels work or how the business is run. We have been in business since 2001 and have done hundreds of chemical peels for our clients. As discussed by the physican below, since this product is designed to decrease brown pigment and smooth fine lines only, this product only penetrates the outmost layer of the skin and therefore is not strong enough to cause these horrible side effects. This information can easily be verified by the company (Skin Medica) directly on their website or by contacting their customer service department. Also, our staff is very professional and would NEVER ignore a patient's complaint,, and the doctor is always available for our patients. It is very unfortunate that our society allows people to write such slanderous statements without being accountable for untrue accusations that may potentially hurt innocent people and businesses.
