Review content:
I arranged to rent a Harley for a two week trip to Sturgis. I specifically requested a rider back rest 67 months in advance of my rental date and was told no problem. I confirmed the backrest would be okay 1 week before my rental. When I arrived the rental dept had no back rest mech available with no solution. Kieran overheard my dilemma and offered to take one off another bike while I waited. My back will be forever indebted to Kiern. Job well done!
