Ok...I know that with reviews there is good and bad and you think to yourself ""How much should I believe?"" PLEASE believe this one!!! I rented from them for over 3 years. The property manager was great but the maintenance woman was horrid and rude. In fact when I recently moved out, they charged me with stuff that they were supposed to fix! I am so disappointed and hurt because I took care of that house like it was my own. I had left a patio loveseat and basketball hoop there thinking another family would like it. Well I shouldn't have done it because not only did they charge me to ""Haul it"" they kept it there. What liars!!! I painted the kitchen and they took another 600 dollars stating they had to repaint it. They kept the paint and lied. I am disgusted by there false documentation. They are not on the renters side at all. They are in it to win it and will lie to keep your deposit in order for the owner to make mortgage. That's what I believe. I originally chose to leave Cornette because I found a much cheaper and nicer property management to trust so this was not so surprising that this happened. Please do not trust them and take my advise. PLEASE!!!!!!
