I had some of the worst issues with this office that I have ever had with a business. Every time I call to make an appointment I am put on hold for at least 10 minutes. I usually end up hanging up and calling back repeatedly each with 10 minute wait times to make an appointment. I was left sitting naked from the waist down for an hour and a half before I was seen and this was after the 40 minute wait I had already done waiting to get in a room! When the midwife walked in her comment was "I had no idea you were having contractions". I was 22 weeks at the time. The average wait time from sign in to being seen is at least 45 minutes for the midwives. The Ob's don't seem to have the same issues as I have always been seen promptly by them, but it is still a hassle to make an appointment. I was sitting waiting to be seen beside the ultrasound tech's office and they were loudly making fun of a woman on her fourth child that chose to home-school.
