I left this doctor's office to switch when I was 20 weeks pregnant, that is how bad it was. At every turn they failed me. I have waited up to 45 minutes to be called back by the nurse and then waited another 20 minutes before I got to see the doctor. I was never asked if I wanted to pick a primary physician. It took them about 2 1/2 months before they finally sent me my letter stating how much my insurance would pay and how much I would owe. My blood work and results were rarely ever explained to me. The ladies in the office were not helpful and you can NEVER get anyone on the phone. A lady called me back a week after I left a message. After I left it took them forever to get my records transfered and I had to continually call back to request things they left out. I am a first time mom and I was terrified and distraught at the lack of care I was given. I would never recommend this office to anyone I cared about!
