I have learned the hard way, that a thorough and well thought out sales pitch doesn't mean a darn thing if you can't get the head of the company to come out to the house to LOOK at, let alone fix, problems. Not only did he install a defective sliding door, but when the patio cover was put on, NO FLASHING was installed by his workers, so now I have a leak which has damaged the wall and window in a bedroom. And no way can I get Ross Garza to come out and take care of this problem. I have begged, pleaded, tried to be nice and he has put me off probably no less than at least 50 times in the year and a half since the patio cover and sliding door were installed. I could NEVER recommend them in good conscience to anyone.
