First I am going to start off saying I have NEVER left a bad review despite my feelings for any establishment in my life. I gave Dr.Goldberg's office 3 chances, mainly because it is located down the street from my house and was convenient. Each time I left I was in full blown tears. The first couple times I thought I was maybe being overly sensitive or emotional but undoubtedly it is the other way around, Dr.Goldberg is incredibly insensitive. Dr. Goldberg and staff were incredibly rude and insulting. Was told I needed multiple procedures and was literally pressured to get most of the pricey procedures out of the way and done that day. Both my husband and I work full-time jobs but I am sorry we don't have $4,000 dollars to spend for just one of the many procedure's he wanted to do that day. When told I wanted to take sometime to think about it, Dr.Goldberg seemed annoyed and dismissed me like a child. Very Unprofessional. Having left his office in tears and very little hope. I decided to do thorough research to find a different dentist. THANK GOODNESS I DID. Come to find out over half the procedures he was saying I ""needed"" were in fact not needed at all and not only that I was being completely overcharged. WOW. I strongly urge people to stay away from CrossRoads Dental Office. I leave this review in hope that other people wont have to go through the time, money, and just all around horrible experience that I had.
