Review content:
I have been going to this checker lube for about 4 years. well 2 weeks ago,\r
I had my oil changed no problems right, WRONG after leaving checker lube,\r
my 2000 Mercedes sprang a leak well the problem was when the mechanic,\r
put the intake cover back on he pined the bottom hose from the overflow\r
tank behind it causing the line to pull taunt well as the pressure built up on the line,\r
it stretched the line and the nipple on the top of the radiator snapped off causing the,\r
car to run hot.so they came out and supper glued the part back on of course this \r
failed. Now after two weeks with no car the owner decides they are not responsible and\r
tells me because it needs a new radiator they can't help me. well I am very disappointed\r
first that by coming to my house twice (THE MECHANIC). The owner was certainly admission,\r
of fault and secondly that the owner himself would not speak to me directly. Am I not,\r
important enough for you to take 2 min. on the phone and explain your position.\r
Yea I will eat the cost and fix this 265.00 problem but you add up how much I have spent \r
there in the past as I take my cars to another dealer not to count my friends and relatives\r
and hopefully the ones that read this post. I think maybe in the future you will have more,\r
compassion for your customers. This post will also be sent to the better buss. bureau as well\r
as face book and any other site I can get to list it. Thank you!!
