We've been using Stan's Heating and Air Conditioning for a number of years. They actually picked up on something that was wrong with our air conditioning when we first moved here in 2007 that two other air conditioning companies missed.
We have an annual service contract with Stan's, so they come to do maintenance checks on our heating and air conditioning systems twice yearly. The last couple times their technician Poole has come to do our checks, and I've started requesting him when I call. He's very polite, and he obviously knows what he's doing.
They are very professional and on time. If they are running late, they will call to let us know. They are very polite. They use booties on their feet when they come in the house. I wouldn't use anybody else. The checklist form they use when they perform the service is so much better than the ones used by other companies. I'm couldn't be more pleased with them!
