Called to schedule an appointment. Instantly hit with the upsell ""You should come in twice."" Worse, however, asked to give all sorts of personal information including physician's name and mother's date of birth. For a cash business, I view this as over-the-line. With name, date of birth, and physician's name, they could call doctor's office and potentially get additional patient information or act on behalf of the patient. They would not take my business without giving the information. Man became very agitated over the phone. Claimed that it was in best interests of the baby/mother. hunh?
