STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS!!!!! My fiance and I lasted 7 months before we were let out of our lease. When we rented the apartment we needed a $500 deposit in a cashiers check or money order. They would not take the money in one money order it has to be two money orders. Then when moved in everything started going wrong. In 7 months the dryer broke twice, they never fixed the screens on the windows, they changed managers and staff 3 times, The landscaping crew did a hatchet job on the bushes for winter, you have a better chance of getting social security before maintenance come to fix a problem. The upstairs had the same leak twice in 2 months. The first time it was supposedly fixed, the washer connection was leaking. It leaked into the apartment and caused water damage in the kitchen, they had to cut a 2ft by 3ft hole in my kitchen ceiling. Let it dry out and patch it. 6 weeks later same water mark with water running down the walls behind the cabinets. I had to beg for the 24/7 emergency maintenance to come out and stop the leak. They had to cut another hole in my ceiling in the same spot but it was much bigger. That took 17 business \r
days to fix because maintenance does not work weekends or holidays. So I withheld rent which is my right under WA renters law. That went over like a lead balloon. Then comes Thanksgiving Day weekend. On the Saturday after Thanksgiving my fiance is in the kitchen doing dishes the shut off valve under the kitchen sink burst. We had 2 inches of water before we could get to the main water shut off. I called the office and there was no one in because it was a holiday weekend and apparently messages were not checked. On the machine in the office there was no number given for emergency maintenance. After going thru my phone I found the number and called it and the manager had turned off the phone. I finally tracked her down Sunday morning after almost 24 hours with no water and she called a plumber (do not do me any favors) and because we had no water we had to go down the block to Albertson's to use the toilet. No showers, no brushing of teeth, nothing. Management is a joke. Manager states she has been doing this for 10 years. It is not possible. They are rude and extremely unhelpful. They do not listen, maintenance is a joke. 1 person for 300+ units. If I could give -5 star rating I would. STAY AWAY!!!! THIS A BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!! THE PICTURES ARE MISLEADING!!!!!! THEY CANNOT EVEN AGREE ON THEIR NAME!!!!!
