I have never went to a salon, took different angle pictures to show a haircut, and still been butchered and charged for my cut. Actually, told stylist is to quit cutting several times because they had cut the length on one side shorter than the other nor did it match the picture in any way. I am 5 months pregnant and walked out of the salon in tears. I wouldn't go here if my hair was on fire, and to make matters worse, when my husband called and tried to make things right, he was basically told ""oh well."" Very nice customer service, not!!
