Review content:
first visit. found reception area unorganized and distracting. who likes waiting where there are manicures being done? the reception area itself was an afterthought. no good, current reading material normally found in a salon (i.e. fashion/ hair mags). once my stylist was ready, she handed me off to her assistant for a sub-par shampoo in another cramped, noisy area. the stylist spent about 8 minutes, giving me a crooked haircut. I have blunt, long hair with blunt bangs; she left the right side about 1/2 inch longer than the left. i didn't want asymmetical! then she handed me off to ANOTHER assistant for the blow out. the products she used weren't available for purchase at capristo! i do not recommend this experience to anyone, unless you enjoy being handed off and feel rushed to leave, by this point, believe me, you will be ready to get out of there!
Pros: spa services avail.
Cons: bad service, noisy, HURRIED, unfocused
