I recently ordered 10 fish from this seller. All should have been red and there was supposed to be 2 males and 8 females and I was assured before making this order that they could sex them. When they arrived a day late (shipping was for 2 day but it took 3 days for it to arrive) 2 fish were dead. In addition there were 2 blue I did not order in place of the ones I did and an extra male in place of a female. After a few days of trying to figure out what was going on I was finally told that they put the 2 blue cichlids in to complete my order of 10 because they ran out of the red cichlids. Not once did they contact me in that 10 days to say they didn't have enough to complete my order nor tell me they did not have the ratio of males and females I requested. Or that they could ship just the reds, which would have ment less in shipping 8 fish vs 10 fish. I paid shipping vs going local (Austin, tx) to ensure I got the exact fish and numbers I wanted..... Bad, dishonest and underhanded business practices going on here for sure.
