My Bug out service tech was out today. I was working in my garage moving boxes. I mentioned I had jad some of the big Palmetto bugs in my kitchen at night and asked if he could spray my garage. He said "absolutely" and I showed him where I wanted sprayed due to having stray cats come in the garage when it's cold. I continued to work and starting noticing huge Palmetto bugs creeping out from their hiding spaces and dying. I had to sweep them up, approximately. 8-10. Billy also said he would be happy to blow my attic with the powder bug killer but I was not ready for that with putting up Thanksgiving decorations and getting down Christmas. So he told me to call when I was ready and he would happily come out and do it. That sure makes me feel good as a customer and I applaud the service my Tech gives to me. Thanks to that, I may not have to fight anymore Palmetto bugs in the deas of night!
