Review content:
We went to Fireside Designs looking for a pellet stove. We had already gotten a quote from another business, but Fireside Designs was able to do better. In addition to giving us the best price they answered all the questions we had, so we bought the stove from them. A month later we went back and bought another pellet stove for another room in our house. We installed the stoves ourselves.
The stoves are very good, and they're doing exactly what they're supposed to do. It's a lot cheaper than buying oil, and they burn really well. They're not messy like wood stoves, and they're easy to clean. We found steel wool is the best for cleaning the stove. We can shut them down, and they cool down in no time.
Fireside Designs is closer compared to other places. They answer the questions you have honestly. They held their word on what it was going to be for us, and they loaded up the pellets no problem. If I had to buy another stove, I would go with them.
