James Auto Center folks are marvelous, first and foremost they listen, James takes a drive in the vehicle with you and by the time time we get back to the shop he usually knows what is wrong...can't get much better than that...and I have never had anyone in my 54 years of driving take a test drive with me!! Anna, Carrie and James all go that extra mile. I cannot say thank you more for all the help they have been to me. Sandra Smith
