We lived in these apartments a few years back, and I'm not sure i would go back and live here again. I was over a few weeks ago visiting a friend. She was complaining how her ceiling leaks whenever the rain fall. She had been complaining about it for amonth and the maintenance guy had only been out once. He said he patched the roof and there was nothing else he could do. She is at the point of breaking her lease. So i went with her to the office to talk to the property manager, who was very nice and explained she would be out to handle the problem. She called me a few days ago and told me that contractors are coming next week to put a new roof on. That was one problem solved, but she tells me their has been a recent history of auto vandalism, and some muggings. The people are extremely nice here, so I'm hoping those are isolated incidents. If your interested, go there, get a tour, and them drive around the complex and stop people and ask them how they like it. It's the smart
