I just used Darrell after reading the Judy's book review and definitely would recommend him. He was professional and prompt with his report. He also emails you a .pdf the day of the inspection and then a more thorough bound copy arrives in the mail a few days later.
He talked me thru the initial report on the phone immediately after the physical inspection was done, so i knew immediately if there were any MAJOR blockers
he's very thorough and knowledgeable.
