First, as a single lady I rely on Sound Ford's expertise mainly because this is the only transportation I have, trust is very important to me. Chuck Furtado did an excellent job making sure what type of maintenance was needed on my 2010 Ford Focus since the system was down. Chuck Furtado called me and gave me the verdict, h3 also made sure I had a shuttle take me to work and pick me up, and lastly he followed-up the next morning to ask me about my battery. I also want to acknowledge another person. Chuck Mill was my shuttle driver and he was very pleasant. I asked previously if there was any way my car could be washed and valcummed. When I arrived to pick-up my car I almost didn't recogize it. Chuck Mill I was told did the job and he did an awesome job. Thank you so much for going the extra mile.
