Review content:
Don Lovato of Carpet Source did what he said he would do. He got us the carpet at the price he said he would and he delivered and installed it. The installers were the best carpet installers I've ever used--to the point where I'm actually going to have him install carpet in another building and I asked for the same installers on that project.
I've put carpet in a number of buildings and this is the best experience I've had. I approach picking out and installing carpet with the same enthusiasm as I would a root canal. I can't say enough good things about Don and his company. They made the process painless.
Don's very thorough and he's upfront. The main thing as far as I'm concerned is that he comes to your house, makes the experience very simple, and does what he says he will. That to me is everything: having a vendor that does what he says he will and does it when he says he will do it.
