Review content:
DALCO Heating & Air Conditioning replaced our old furnace and air conditioning unit with new, high efficiency units. In order to do so, since we have a finished basement, they had to run a PVC pipe as an exhaust pipe through the basement. They created a three by three inch hole in the dry wall, and I could not believe there was only a slight mark leftover when they completed the work. It was an amazing accomplishment! There was not one scratch on the wall, and not one scratch or mark on any of the baseboard. It was as if no one had been in our home dragging around heavy equipment.
When I had an issue with the complicated thermostat that was installed, they came out without delay to help me understand it and make it work. Their follow up service is amazing! It's a major selling point, because separate of major projects, follow up care is very important.
