From my perspective - this practice shows absolutely no regard for treating people; instead, they focus on billing as many claims as possible and have forgotten the entire point of operating such a business. I have been a patient for 8 years of both the downtown facility Midtown Family Medicine and Saluda Pointe Family Medicine. I have NEVER in all of my life been treated so horribly by a physician's staff. They are rude, inconsiderate, condescending, accusatory and unprofessional. They never honor appointment times nor do they seem to care about providing good customer service. I waited for over an hour just to get a room the last time I was ill. I will never go back to them again. Tonight, I would like to thank ""Madonna"", if that is her real name, for calling me and accusing me of drug seeking because I asked for a prescription for TAMIFLU. That would be the final straw. Oh yeah, lets get wasted on TAMIFLU AND HIT THE TOWN. Thank you Midtown Family Medicine for having the worst customer service, the rudest staff, and the most shameful approach to the practice of medicine possible.
