Review content:
Due to working in my home office, I was able to tell the tech what I needed and went into my office and let him work. There was no need to stand watch over his work. The machine used to clean the carpets is not the typical steam wand. It is similar to a floor buffing machine but with multiple extraction wands. This insures a deep clean of the carpet. Great Job!!!

Bob. thank you for your review. Your technician was Kevin who is one of our three highly trained technicians. Yes our cleaning process and equipment is different than most carpet cleaning companies. We can provide the deepest clean and a very fast dry time, usually 2 hours.
