Review content:
Julie is no longer with Canine Couture and the new owner will NOT listen to you. I have a Bedlington Terrier and she did not follow the breed standard ""puppy cut"" as requested. She groomed him to look like a poodle. I was not told that Julie was no longer with the shop when I scheduled my appointment, nor when I dropped off my dog for his appointment. It took 4, yes 4 hours, to finally get the call that he was ready for pick up. I expressed my disappointment and the groomer tried to touch up the cut. No big deal. When I called for his next groom appointment, I was told that I am no longer welcome there. \r
I was willing to give the shop another shot and dialogue with them about what I would like….of course paying for the request. No chance of that.\r
I suppose if you have a dog that just needs a bath, nails, and ears cleaned….this shop would be fine. If you have a dog with a unusual style….you are out of luck at Canine Couture.
