I started kickboxing 3 years ago, and I have nothing but amazing things to say! I had a very tough pregnancy with my daughter which caused me to gain 100+ pounds. With the help of all the staff and members at the time I was able to loose 85 pounds within 9months. I have since then be able to keep ALL THE WEIGHT OFF! They kept me on track between eating healthy and their AMAZING workouts! I was taming 5x a week and still currently do! Hands down anyone can do the program! It really is a fun excited work out each and every time! Totally changed my life! I would say if your looking for something different, not boring, and result oriented this is the place to be!
