Emerald recently performed an inspection on a house in the local area just outside of town on two acres. I interviewed several other home inspection agencies before I chose Emerald. I consider myself very detailed and knowledgeable regarding home ownership however Emerald exceeded my expectations with their great level of detail and increased my knowledge as a home owner. My experience with Emerald from the initial phone call to the receipt of the report was very good. Emerald understands the rules and regulations and it shows in their thorough review of the premise from rodents and insects to plumbing and electrical. Emerald also provided me excellent ideas to keep in mind as a homeowner outside of those items required for the home inspection. These ranged from general house upkeep to safety that I had not considered before. The final inspection report was fully documented with detailed color pictures making it very easy for me to use in my home purchase transaction as well as for correcting later on. Emerald used the latest technologies with a great blend of experience and training to perform a wonderful job. I would strongly recommend them..
