Stay away! I have been going to Desert Valley for over 5 years. They took some lab test for Cholesterol and Thyroid screenings. When they submitted the claims they submitted the claims for a diagnosis that I wasn't even there for. I was there only to have these prescriptions refilled. I called and they said they could do nothing about it since the Dr. I saw was no longer there. Then they told me That I need to track down the paperwork from the lab and bring it to them. i was shocked since they were the one's who submitted it wrong in the first place. I did call the lab and got the paperwork mailed and hand walked the paperwork in. They said a medical assistant would need to look at it and they would call me back that day. No calls back and it has been over 2 weeks. I called this morning and spoke to a woman named Wendy who was rude and told me it has ""only been 2 weeks"". Now it has been turned over to a 3rd party collector. This woman was extremely rude and said they would have someone call me back and hung up on me. I would not recommend this office any longer. Their customer service is horrific and all the good Dr's have left.
