Recently I bought a dress from this store for a function & while I do love the dress, the woman "Nora", who owns the store was less than ok. Her dog runs around the store & is untrained, so I had to dodge poop that the dog was leaving, she was less than friendly or nice & quite honestly was VERY PUSHY to make a sale. She then convinced me to buy a shrug to go with the dress & not being a person who gets all decked out very often, I was unsure & she assured me I must buy this shrug to go with the dress & further added if I didn't like it, I could always return it. Which in the end, after showing it to my mom & sister who felt, like me that it was "too old looking" for the dress & made me look like a "Mother of the Bride" vs a young 20's which I am. So I tried to return it & get my $$ back. She refused saying that she "is not a dept store & is a boutique" & no refunds are given...only store credit. And yet, no policy to this cash only policy was posted! Will NEVER go there again! SHADY CASH ONLY BUSINESS!
