Review content:
The reason I'm giving Rolf's Import Auto Service the highest ratings is that they went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was going on. Even though they weren't able to get all of the diagnostics done in one day, they got the info to me in the evening, even after they had closed the shop. That was really nice. They also called me as soon as everything was completed.
I was out of town, so they helped get a rental car for me. While I was gone, it was finished. They notified me, and I was able to pay right over the phone. When I got back in town, I was able to go pick it up right away.
