Review content:
The actual service was good as usual. What irks me about Park Place Service is that employee social skills are somewhat lacking. Cheryl and I have been Porsche club members for over 20 years. Park Place has advertised a 10% discount to members for as long as I can remember. However, it is typically not applied even though I bring it up unless I mention it at the time of payment. At my last service I asked if it had been applied and Brandie said, "I don't have anything to do with that!". Then Doug chirped in, "You can stop beating up on Brandie!". Please guys, I just asked a question. It is not necessary to berate a customer over a simple question. A proper response should have been, I don't know Mr. Wood, but I would be happy to check on that for you. Social skills are everything guys. Your service department could use a training seminar on this very important skill. My wife and I own three companies. We are especially sensitive to a lack of cheerful customer service. I have given it some thought as to using Bellevue Porsche and Bellevue Audi in the future rather than Park Place to due this recent distasteful encounter.
