Timely, courteous, and thorough. My sump pump failed at the same time that we had our main drain back up, both issues just before midnight. The dispatcher answered my phone call directly and was very courteous. After verifying that there was someone in my area who also had a sump pump, he told me that they would be on sight within an hour. His time estimate was spot on.\r
Bill arrived, diagnosed the problems, explained what needed to be done, and gave me an estimate before he began the work. His work was thorough, accurate, and he cleaned up the work area when he was finished.\r
I give them high recommendations.
