Review content:
Every month, even though I set up automatic payment with iStorage Aston, there was some kind of problem with our bill. They would bill the wrong amount or say we didn't pay and it was very hard to get in touch with anyone about it. We stored there for a year. They have horrible customer service.
The facility was clean, but there was no security. That was my biggest issue. There was a keypad that about two months into us being there they stopped using. So anyone could get in and get to your stuff just by cutting the lock.
