I've been using Sherman Family Chem-Dry for years and years. We call them every time we need our carpets cleaned. Sometimes we call them when we need them to come within a couple of days, and they always work it out. I also have a lot of grandkids, so we usually give Sherman Chem-Dry a call after they've visited. They are always on time and always do a thorough job. There have been a couple of times when I couldn't get the furniture moved out of the way before they arrived, and they helped me move it.
They are kind and do a good job. I always love my carpets when they are finished with them! If there are tougher spots, they are happy to make sure they get done. They seem like they really want to a good job, and they do! I'm very happy with their service. I have relatives in the area who also use them, and I have recommended their service to others.
