I've been a resident @ the Regency Club for 2 years now...& that was enough for me!!! The maintance & office staff are not only unprofessional but do not show any care for ANY problem, question or concern you may have. Aubrey, the manger is the worst one of them all. Very careless & fake! She might sit there & listen to something you have to say...but will do absoultely NOTHING about it when the time comes! Beware of her!!!! Loretta, she is alright..but grouchy...always giving attitude over something! Katie is very nice & polite...little unexpierenced in some areas, but she is the only one I will acknowledge for any reason. On to the maintance....I've been in my apartment home while they came in to do inspections & what not..& they did a fast & lazy job. Just basically glanced @ certain appliances & that was about it-which was fine with me...I just wanted them the hell outta my home..but they did not do their job what so ever. My lease is ending in January & I could not be happier!!!!
